Fred Simmons is a redneck Tae Kwon Do instructor, ruling over his Deep South dojo and his small town.

When he discovers that his wife has given her new boss a hand job, he flies off the rails and starts drinking heavily, hitting on his female students and just straight-up hitting the male ones.

Realising that heïs out of control, Fred decides to go on a pilgrimage to meet his idol Chuck “The Truck” Wallace, a famous martial artist and movie star.

But when he eventually gets to meet him, it seems that the South may not be big enough for the both of them.
